After nine years of hands-on experience in the pest control industry, I found myself reflecting on everything I had learned and everything I wanted to accomplish. I had worked for other companies, learned from some of the best in the field, and developed a deep understanding of the pest control business. But I also realized something important: I wanted to do more. I wanted to create a business that focused on the things I felt were missing in the majority of the industry – a business built on quality, integrity, and personal service.
That’s when I decided to take the leap and open my own company: Dailey Pest Management. My goal was clear – to offer Riverside County residents and businesses a family-run, trustworthy pest control service they could count on, and one that was rooted in the community where I live and work.
From Technician to Business Owner
My journey in pest control started almost a decade ago. I began working as a technician, learning the ins and outs of pest identification, treatment techniques, and customer service. Over the years, I gained experience in all areas of the business, from routine pest control to more complex situations like termite treatments and rodent infestations.
While working for others, I quickly saw the difference between a company that simply performed a job and one that truly cared about its customers. As someone who has spent the majority of my life in Riverside County, I know this area inside and out. From the residential neighborhoods in Riverside and Moreno Valley to the sprawling commercial areas in Temecula, there is a unique set of challenges that homeowners and business owners face when it comes to pest control.
